Job Redesign & Workforce Upskilling — projects that re-scope roles and train workers to take on higher-value tasks.
CTC-Endorsed Transformation Projects — end-to-end plans approved by your CTC; from Aug 2024, funded training must be tied to these projects.
Note: NTUC/e2i assess funding based on the project’s transformation strength and worker outcomes; caps/quantum are subject to their evaluation.
