Answers for your business growth

Find clear, concise answers to common questions about our grant solutions for SMEs.

What grants do you support?

We provide advisory on a wide range of Singapore government grants for SMEs, covering productivity, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.

SMEs may tap into programmes such as the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), Market Readiness Assistance (MRA), Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant, Overseas Market Immersion Programme (OMIP), and other sector-specific grants.

What is the eligibility criteria?

To be eligible for most Singapore Government grants, the applying company must be registered and operating in Singapore, and have at least 30% local shareholding.

Depending on the grant intent, there are different eligibility criteria, qualifying project scopes, and support levels. For example, EDG focuses on business transformation, MRA on overseas expansion, and CTC on workforce development.

What is the grant support level?

Depending on the scheme, grants typically support 30% to 70% of qualifying project costs.

How long is the approval process?

Approval timelines vary, but most SME grants take between 8–12 weeks from submission to outcome.

How do you help with the grant application process?

We guide you through the entire process — from eligibility checks and documentation to submission — to maximise your chances of approval.

We also support you during the reimbursement stage, ensuring you receive the grant monies successfully.

Why do I need to hire a grant consultant?

Many of the grant processes can be complex and time-consuming. A grant consultant helps assess eligibility, craft strong proposals, manage submissions and claims, and ensure compliance — increasing your approval chances while reducing the burden on your team.

Also, a grant consultant guides you during the project execution phase so as to ensure that the costs can be successfully reimbursed.

When does the reimbursement of the grant take place?

The project qualifying period is usually between 6 to 9 months long, depending on the scope of work. Reimbursement takes place after the full completion of the qualifying project, and this process takes another 8 to 12 weeks.

In total, the entire end-to-end duration of a project takes between 9 months to 15 months.

Do you provide only grant advisory? I've already identified the vendor.

Yes — we can support just the grant advisory portion. If you’ve already selected your vendor, we’ll help craft, structure, and submit a strong application to maximise your chances of approval.
